SERHANT. has launched the next iteration of its artificial intelligence platform, S.MPLE 2.0, which it describes as an "AI chief of staff" designed to manage entire real estate workflows from a single instruction. The platform moves beyond basic chatbots to coordinate multiple specialized AI agents and tools for tasks such as comparative market analyses, listing presentations, marketing campaigns, transaction coordination, financial reporting, and client follow-up.
The upgrade is slated to begin rolling out to SERHANT. agents in early October, with broader market availability expected through the fourth quarter. Greg Chan, SERHANT.'s chief technology officer, noted that S.MPLE 2.0 is designed to be more proactive than its predecessor, S.MPLE 1.0, which launched in October 2024. While S.MPLE 1.0 completed tasks when instructed, S.MPLE 2.0 aims to anticipate needs and coordinate multiple steps and AI agents to deliver a completed result.
The new release introduces Dot, the agent-facing conversational interface for S.MPLE 2.0. Agents interact with Dot to define desired outcomes, and Dot then assembles the necessary context, initiates workflows, and manages the underlying AI agents, eliminating the need for agents to manage individual tools or departments. Dot also monitors an agent's business activities, such as calendar, email, and CRM data, to proactively identify needs, like initiating a showing plan when a preapproval arrives or reminding agents about clients they haven't contacted recently. The platform's "anticipation engine" uses durable execution to allow longer-running workflows to continue in the background.
SERHANT. emphasized that compliance is embedded directly into S.MPLE 2.0's workflows, with the system reviewing outputs against regulations like the Fair Housing Act, RESPA, and the Sherman Act. This integrated approach aims to help brokerages reduce risk and standardize practices. The platform is trained on SERHANT.'s own deal data, coaching programs, and educational content, reflecting real-world brokerage operations. S.MPLE 2.0 also enhances financial and pipeline tracking, providing agents with real-time updates on closed deals, commission income, and projected payouts, along with a unified view of active listings. New agents at SERHANT. onboard directly through S.MPLE, which learns their business over time.
