Relevate, a provider of association management software, has launched AIMEE, an AI-powered member engagement assistant, and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. These new capabilities are integrated into Relevate One, the company's platform for Realtor associations and MLS organizations.
AIMEE is designed to consolidate years of member data, including payments, education history, event participation, and volunteer roles, into a concise 'Member Story.' This allows staff to gain insights into member engagement, draft targeted communications, identify potential volunteers, and address member needs more effectively. A companion Member Insights widget will also highlight key risk and opportunity signals on the staff dashboard.
For members, AIMEE will be accessible through a conversational chat interface within the Relevate One Member Portal. This will enable members to ask questions about their accounts, register for events, submit support tickets, and access member-only documents, aiming to reduce support volume for staff and provide faster responses.
The MCP server, built on an open standard, allows authorized users to securely access permissioned, real-time Relevate data through supported AI platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT. This eliminates the need for manual data exports or custom integrations for each AI tool, catering to organizations already experimenting with AI and seeking to ground responses in accurate, up-to-date member information while maintaining access controls.
Relevate is planning to expand AIMEE's features, including sentiment analysis for ticketing integrations. The MCP server is presented as a potential blueprint for using proprietary member data in generative AI workflows securely.
