San Francisco-based fintech Polly announced on Wednesday that it is expanding its agentic artificial intelligence capabilities across its mortgage capital markets platform. The company stated that its new implementation process is designed to reduce manual tasks and speed up platform adoption, allowing lenders to reach a production-ready environment in four to six weeks. This timeframe is significantly shorter than the several months typically required by industry standards.
Polly's patented agentic AI now spans all stages of its platform, from initial implementation and pricing to execution and settlement. The company's approach begins with a pre-signature program called Polly Jumpstart, which completes approximately 80% of the platform setup before a contract is signed. Following the agreement, Polly's implementation process aims to have customers fully verified and ready for production within the four- to six-week window. The AI handles much of the configuration work concurrently, enabling implementation consultants to concentrate on customer strategy and complex issues.
According to Polly, by the 11th day of an implementation, the AI generates a complete framework of best-practice scenarios, and by day 24, the platform is validated and prepared for production. The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has granted Polly patents covering the agentic AI framework used in its platform, with additional applications pending. Polly's founder and CEO, Adam Carmel, stated that agentic AI represents a significant shift in the industry and that the company continues to invest in applied AI research and development.
