The Grain Foods Foundation has announced the addition of Stephen Lindemann, PhD, to its Scientific Advisory Board. Lindemann, an associate professor in the Department of Food Science at Purdue University, brings expertise in microbiology, innate immunity, and molecular microbial ecology.
