Howard Hanna names Gibbons chief of staff, Brookshire SVP of operations

Both positions are intended to strengthen the connection between the company's strategy and its execution in the field, particularly as Howard Hanna integrates acquisitions and scales its systems across 18 states and more than 500 offices. Gibbons, who has 33 years of experience with the company, will focus on strategic planning, executive alignment, organizational effectiveness, and key initiatives. Brookshire will be responsible for scaling infrastructure, company processes, technology adoption, field support, and the integration of new markets and acquisitions. She previously led operations for Howard Hanna Southeast and was president of Allen Tate Company from 2010 to 2021.
