The acquisition aims to integrate Truelist's listing data and workflow capabilities into Mainstay's property-data infrastructure. Mainstay, which was carved out of Opendoor in August 2024, combines customer data with external sources to manage property workflows for investors. The company stated that the new capital will be used to expand its services to a broader market, including brokerages and smaller investors.
