Rechat has launched House of Rechat, a private online community designed for agents, brokers, team leaders, marketing and technology teams, and administrators who utilize the real estate platform. Since its introduction this summer, the community has rapidly expanded to include over 2,000 members from 178 different brokerages, with an average addition of approximately 175 new members weekly.
The community is led by Clair Barha, Rechat’s head of community and advocacy, and membership is verified through users' existing Rechat accounts. House of Rechat offers monthly programming, including live calls with Rechat's founder and product team, bi-weekly guest speaker sessions, early previews of upcoming features, member spotlights, and resource guides. Monthly themes focus on key industry topics such as lead conversion, marketing strategies, and pipeline growth.
Members have actively engaged in helping one another, making professional introductions, and building connections. Rechat founder and CEO Shayan Hamidi highlighted the importance of relationships in the current real estate landscape, stating that AI can facilitate the time needed for such connections. He views House of Rechat as a space where members and product builders collaborate on the future of the industry.
Past guest speakers have included Katy Borja from Dickson Realty and Alicia Mendez and Kamerly Tyler from Surterre Properties, who led a session on database reengagement and relationship marketing. Members like Todd McCoy of Cochran & Co. and Julian Jahoo of LPT Realty have described the community as a valuable platform for professional growth, idea exchange, and strengthening client service.
