This integration allows title professionals to access and utilize transaction data directly within their production workflow.
According to Settlor, its API is designed to facilitate integrations without the technical and commercial barriers often associated with closed systems. Hayden Hamilton, CEO and co-founder of TitleSphere, described the collaboration as "genuinely refreshing," noting the API's clear documentation and the Settlor support team's responsiveness.
