Apollo Global Management, through its managed funds and affiliates, has provided $585 million in financing to The Executive Centre (TEC), a provider of premium flexible office space. The transaction, announced on September 15, 2026, aims to refinance TEC's existing debt and fuel its expansion to meet sustained demand for flexible workspaces in Asia and the Middle East. TEC operates over 260 centers across 38 cities in these regions, boasting more than 30 years of experience. Celia Yan, Partner and Co-Head of APAC Credit & Hybrid at Apollo, stated that the firm delivered a tailored solution to support TEC's business needs and strategic objectives. A spokesperson for TEC noted that Apollo's financing signals confidence and addresses both refinancing and growth ambitions. A&O Shearman acted as legal counsel for Apollo, while Clifford Chance served as legal counsel and Rippledot Capital as financial advisor for TEC.
