Bank of America has hired Srijith Nair, a former Goldman Sachs banker, to lead its financial institutions group (FIG) investment banking for Asia excluding China, and for insurance investment banking across the Asia-Pacific region. Nair, who will be based in Singapore, will report to Michael Evans, Bank of America's head of Asia-Pacific FIG investment banking.
Nair joins from Goldman Sachs, where he most recently served as the head of FIG for Southeast Asia. He brings nearly two decades of experience advising banks, insurers, asset managers, and leasing companies across Asia. His previous roles include senior investment banking positions at Barclays, Daiwa, and Citigroup.
