Mirova, an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers dedicated to sustainable investing, has announced a strengthened leadership structure. The new Executive Committee, led by Chief Executive Officer Léa Dunand-Chatellet (who assumed the CEO role on July 1, 2026), is designed to support the firm's next phase of development and reinforce its position in sustainable finance.
The committee brings together expertise across investments, business development, sustainable finance, strategy, transformation, and corporate functions. Members include Candice Brenet as Deputy CEO, Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer; Laurence Willig as Deputy CEO, Chief Finance and Governance Officer; Raphaël Lance as Chief Investment Officer, Private Assets; Karen Kharmandarian as Chief Investment Officer, Listed Assets; Alix Boisaubert as Chief Business Development Officer; and Mathilde Dufour as Chief Sustainability and Talent Officer.
Candice Brenet joins Mirova with a complementary external perspective, bringing strategic and transformation expertise combined with knowledge of private markets. Following the merger with Thematics Asset Management in January 2026, Karen Kharmandarian's appointment as Chief Investment Officer for Listed Assets provides leadership continuity. Hervé Guez will remain with Mirova until September 30 to ensure a smooth handover.
Mirova aims to leverage its sustainability DNA and complementary capabilities across listed and private assets to become a global leader in sustainable finance.
