In addition to the Tambov Oblast strike, Ukrainian forces also targeted occupied Luhansk on August 26, where a significant explosion and subsequent fire were reported. In Crimea, late on August 25, electricity disruptions occurred in the Bakhchysarai district and Simferopol amid reported Ukrainian strikes, with further explosions noted in the Saky district and near Yevpatoriya.
