The leadership team for the newly formed Real REMAX Group is taking shape with the appointment of several key C-suite executives. In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the company named Ravi Jani as Chief Financial Officer, Pritesh Damani as Chief Technology Officer, Alix Lumpkin as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary, Abigail Lee as Chief Marketing Officer, and Amy Somerville as Chief Operating Officer.
Jenna Rozenblat serves as president of Real REMAX Group, and Alex Vidal is the new president of REMAX. Tamir Poleg continues in his role as CEO of Real REMAX Group.
Ravi Jani joined Real in 2023 and previously held investor relations roles at Blade Air Mobility and investment positions at Citadel and Anchor Bolt Capital. Pritesh Damani has been Real's CTO since December 2021, having previously founded RealtyCrunch. He developed Real's proprietary transaction platform, reZEN, and helped launch AI assistant Leo Co-Pilot and the Real Wallet fintech product.
Alix Lumpkin, who previously served as Real's chief legal officer, spent nearly a decade at Lennar and focused on securities and corporate governance at Greenberg Traurig and Holland & Knight. Abigail Lee, who has been REMAX's CMO since the start of the year, first joined REMAX in 1998 and has held various marketing leadership roles. She is also a licensed broker.
Amy Somerville joins from SUCCESS Enterprises, where she was CEO. She previously held senior executive roles at Buffini & Company and was with REMAX from 2004 to 2020, rising to senior vice president of professional development and engagement.
In mortgage services, Kate Gurevich, CEO of Real's One Real Mortgage, will replace Vic Lombardo as president of REMAX's mortgage services. This transition occurs as Real REMAX Group plans to wind down its strategic investment in REMAX's mortgage franchise operation, Motto Mortgage.
