Superus Careers, operating as Mortgage Career Exchange, has partnered with HEXA Ventures on a $1 million technology initiative. The investment, structured as a line of credit, will fund the development of a scalable recruiting platform aimed at enhancing the company's growth and client experience.

This partnership signifies a strategic move by Superus Careers to leverage technology and AI to modernize its recruiting operations within the mortgage industry, potentially improving efficiency, candidate engagement, and addressing industry turnover.
Superus Careers, which operates Mortgage Career Exchange as its specialized mortgage industry division, has partnered with HEXA Ventures on a $1 million technology initiative. This collaboration aims to support the recruiting company's growth by developing a scalable recruiting platform.
The $1 million commitment is structured as a line of credit from HEXA Ventures to Superus Careers, intended to fund technology development. In exchange for its investment and capabilities in product strategy, software development, AI, data infrastructure, automation, and commercialization, HEXA Ventures will receive an equity stake in Superus Careers.
CEO Larry Silver stated that the initiative is designed to transform Superus Careers and Mortgage Career Exchange into a high-tech, high-touch experience, enhancing information access, removing friction, and freeing up time for client and candidate focus. Discussions for the partnership began approximately two years ago after Silver was introduced to HEXA founder Maan Hamdan.
The technology roadmap for the new platform includes talent intelligence, confidential career exploration, intelligent matching, recruiting workflow automation, and employer-facing tools. Silver emphasized that the goal is to use technology and AI to streamline the recruiting process without eliminating the human element, enabling deeper understanding between parties before direct connection.
The platform is expected to feature a 24/7 virtual career marketplace where mortgage companies can showcase opportunities and prospective employees can explore them anonymously. Additional tools will include resume development assistance, LinkedIn profile reviews, AI-powered interview practice, and industry education. This anonymous exploration feature is intended to engage professionals earlier in their career decision-making process.
HEXA Ventures will provide support across product planning, technical architecture, software development, AI strategy, data infrastructure, workflow automation, and commercialization guidance. Superus Careers also gains access to existing HEXA technologies for quicker market entry. Silver described the move as a strategic "technology play," with the company aspiring to become a technology organization while maintaining its core recruiting and staffing focus.
