Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California has established a new office in Old Town Pasadena, marking a significant expansion for the brokerage. The new location aims to serve Pasadena, the San Gabriel Valley, and surrounding areas.
The brokerage announced that the agents joining the Pasadena office have collectively closed $180 million in sales over the past 12 months. This influx of business contributes to the office's total sales volume exceeding $300 million in the same period.
Founded in 2022 by CEO Aaron Kirman, Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California has experienced rapid growth. The firm now boasts over 300 agents who completed 1,176.4 transaction sides in 2025. According to RealTrends Verified data, this performance ranked the brokerage No. 611 nationally for transaction sides and No. 70 for sales volume in 2026.
Among the new agents is Amy Weber, who leads Amy Weber & Associates and joins from Compass. In 2025, Weber individually closed 11 transactions totaling $13.3 million, earning her the No. 69 rank in Pasadena for sales volume. Other notable additions include Shannon Scavo from Maisonre, Carla J. Buigues from The Agency to lead the Trust & Estates division, and The Heileson Team, led by Tracie Heileson and Sheila Arat, who specialize in luxury estates and join from Douglas Elliman.
Kirman stated that the establishment of a physical presence in Old Town Pasadena was a natural progression, given the firm's existing strong ties to the area and the historic building's suitability for the brand.
