Trust & Will will directly handle wills, trusts, and related planning for consumers, while ENRG agents will introduce the service. The brokerage sees this as a way to deepen long-term client relationships beyond single transactions, framing it as a client-service tool.
According to Erinn Nobel, co-founder and president of ENRG Realty, agents are often present during significant life transitions for clients, and the company wants them to have meaningful ways to continue supporting those clients. Agents can bring up Trust & Will at closing, during annual check-ins, or when conversations naturally turn to protecting a home, caring for family, or future planning.
