NoCoast MLS and MRED have announced a new partnership aimed at expanding technology, data, and market access for real estate professionals across the Midwest. NoCoast MLS, created by Iowa Realtors, serves approximately 1,300 real estate professionals through five participating Realtor associations. Under the agreement, NoCoast MLS will operate as 'Powered By' MRED, while retaining its existing brand and complete historical listing data. MRED currently powers MLS services for 16 Realtor associations, supporting more than $43 billion in annual residential and commercial real estate transactions. Les Sulgrove, NoCoast MLS director, stated that the partnership will enhance MLS services, providing customers with MRED's scale, advanced technology, customer support, expanded listing exposure, and lead generation opportunities. Subscribers will have the option to choose among several core MLS systems while maintaining access to their historical listing data. They will also gain access to MRED’s broader technology platform, customer service, data quality programs, and training resources. The partnership will also expand market information available to NoCoast MLS customers, providing access to more agents and listings through MRED’s marketplace. MRED President and CEO Rebecca Jensen expressed pride in helping NoCoast MLS further strengthen its customer experience. The teams from both organizations are already working on the technical implementation of the partnership.
