CubiCasa and Restb.ai have partnered to offer expedited floor plan processing services to Multiple Listing Services (MLSs) that utilize both companies' offerings. This new benefit aims to provide an estimated 500,000 real estate agents and brokers with faster access to floor plans, reducing standard delivery times from 24 hours to under 12 hours, at no additional cost.
Initially, 30 MLSs are eligible to receive this priority processing. To qualify, an MLS must be part of the CubiCasa MLS Partnership Program and maintain an active subscription to Restb.ai’s AI tagging services integrated into its primary MLS listing input platform. This collaboration leverages existing MLS relationships to deliver added value without increasing workflow complexity for agents.
