Russian forces conducted a wave of attacks across Ukraine over the past day, resulting in at least six fatalities and 26 injuries. In Kherson Oblast, three people were killed and 13 injured as strikes damaged residential buildings and a shopping center in the regional capital was destroyed by a drone. Donetsk Oblast saw one person killed and seven injured, including five in Kramatorsk. Sumy Oblast reported one man killed by a drone strike on his house, with six others injured in separate drone attacks, including a child. In Kyiv, a ballistic missile attack killed an employee of Ukrainian Railways. Additionally, a Russian Shahed drone attack damaged a border crossing with Moldova in Odesa Oblast, though it has since been restored. Ukraine's air defense systems successfully intercepted three surface-to-air missiles, six cruise missiles, and 182 drones. Recent weeks have seen intensified Russian attacks, including a double-tap strike on a Kryvyi Rih shopping center that killed 16 and injured 130, and a combined missile and drone attack on Kyiv that killed 15. These strikes, particularly on seaports, are impacting Ukraine's economy by hindering exports. In response, Ukraine has increased its own attacks on Russian logistics centers, including those belonging to online marketplaces Ozon and Wildberries, which Ukrainian officials claim supply the Russian military.
