In the city of Chernihiv, a strike on a high-rise residential building injured 25 people and damaged over 20 cars. Later, a Russian attack drone hit a building housing telecommunications operators in Mena, injuring 12 people, including four teenagers. Governor Chaus described the strike on the city center as "absolutely cynical" and targeting purely civilian objects.
Overnight, Russian forces also used Gerbera and Geran-type drones in Koriukivka, damaging businesses and infrastructure, and injuring a 15-year-old girl. Other targets in Chernihiv Oblast included a woodworking enterprise, a landscape park, and open areas, with critical infrastructure also hit.
