The Pebble Flow, an electric travel trailer with a 45 kWh battery, will offer up to 4 kW of solar charging and bidirectional EV charging for its 2027 model year. The trailer also features self-parking capabilities and an electric assist for towing.

The upgrades to the Pebble Flow highlight the growing trend of electrification in recreational vehicles, offering enhanced off-grid capabilities and the potential to support other electric vehicles, reflecting broader shifts in energy consumption and technology adoption in the automotive and leisure sectors.
The Pebble Flow, an electric travel trailer designed for off-grid camping, is receiving significant upgrades for its 2027 model year. Introduced in 2025, the trailer is built around a 45 kWh LFP battery pack. For 2027, this battery can be recharged by up to 4 kW of solar panels, which Pebble claims is enough to generate more electricity than typically used in a day of camping. The previous model offered an optional 1.1 kWh panel, while the new system includes an additional 2 kWh via four portable panels.
The trailer's bidirectional battery can output up to 12 kW, allowing it to charge an electric vehicle in emergencies. It also supports AC charging at up to 6.6 kW and DC fast charging, reaching 80 percent capacity in under an hour. The Flow utilizes in-wheel electric motors for towing, enabling regenerative braking that recaptures up to 42 kW. A new boost setting for 2027 will provide 54 hp (40 kW) of assistance.
Automation is a key feature, managed by an updated operating system. Using an Nvidia Orin processor and four surround cameras, the trailer can autonomously couple to a hitch ball and be remotely maneuvered for parking via an iPad app. The remote functionality extends to activating the black water tank dumping process. The Pebble Flow starts at $159,000 for the Magic Pack and $189,000 for the Founders Edition.
