Bluegrass Realtors has appointed Brendan Bailey as its new Chief Executive Officer, a role that will also encompass leadership of Imagine MLS, the organization announced. Bailey joins the Lexington, Kentucky-based association from the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, where he served as CEO for the past three years.
Bailey brings over a decade of experience in leadership and advocacy within the Realtor organization. Prior to his tenure in Denver, he was CEO of the Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley and chief operating officer of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors. His background also includes experience as a legislative assistant, providing insight into public policy and government affairs.
Mike Inman, president of Bluegrass Realtors, expressed confidence in Bailey's leadership, citing his industry knowledge and commitment to the Realtor mission. Bailey himself noted the association's strong history and engaged membership.
