Ukraine's military reportedly launched an overnight attack on a factory in Russia's Tver Oblast that manufactures fuel components for cruise missiles. The strike occurred on October 9, 2026.
Russian Telegram channels reported that the Redkino Experimental Plant, which produces components for Decilin-M rocket fuel and fuel additives for diesel and aviation kerosene, was the target. Resident accounts cited by the Telegram channel Exilenova+ described seeing flashes of explosions and smoke in the vicinity of the defense-industrial plant in Redkino.
