Ten capital grants, totaling $3 million, will support project investments aimed at improving organizations' access to financing and reducing portfolio risk, with an expectation of supporting approximately 363 affordable homes. Eight disaster grants, totaling $715,000, will assist with relief, recovery, and repair efforts following a range of natural disasters including hurricanes in Hawaii, a wildfire in Oregon, and flooding in New Jersey.
