Jones brings over 20 years of experience in technology and digital transformation across the mortgage, financial services, and healthcare industries. She previously spent more than 15 years at Wells Fargo, where she served for five years as a technology executive supporting home lending servicing. Prior to joining LoanCare, Jones was the vice president of customer technology and experience at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
