Lindsay Flora, a leveraged finance partner specializing in debt finance, has joined Dechert, bolstering the firm's private equity practice.
The move signifies Dechert's efforts to strengthen its finance practice and leverage Flora's expertise in debt finance, which complements the firm's existing private equity focus.
Lindsay Flora, a partner specializing in leveraged finance and debt finance, has joined Dechert. Flora previously held a partner position at Kirkland & Ellis, where her clients included the private equity firm Cerberus Capital. She had joined Kirkland & Ellis in 2017, having previously been at Cahill Gordon. Dechert is understood to be rebuilding its finance practice in the City, following the departure of practice co-heads to Mayer Brown last year.
