JPMorgan Chase & Co. has hired David Blais, a senior investment banker focused on healthcare mergers and acquisitions, from Guggenheim Securities. Blais is set to join JPMorgan as a managing director later this month, reporting to co-heads of healthcare investment banking Jerry Lee and Nick Richitt. Blais has been with Guggenheim Securities since August 2014. Prior to that, he served as a director in mergers and acquisitions at Citigroup and previously worked at JPMorgan between 2007 and 2010.
