Hulays, 54, has held various financial leadership roles at Hershey, including Vice President of Finance for Canada and broader responsibilities across U.S. and International businesses. Prior to Hershey, he spent nearly 15 years at Procter & Gamble in commercial, supply chain, and global business development capacities.
Voskuil, who has led Hershey's finance operations for the past seven years, will transition to the role of Senior Vice President, Strategic Projects, focusing on initiatives for the CEO and board. He has announced his intention to retire in early 2027.
