Tamara Box, the former chair of Interpath Advisory, is set to take over as the new chair of the sustainability consultancy Anthesis Group. Her appointment comes as chief executive Matthew Bell is departing the firm, with a global search for his successor now underway.
Box, who previously served as managing partner for Europe and the Middle East at law firm Reed Smith, will lead Anthesis Group's board. In the interim, she will co-lead the firm alongside chief financial and operations officer Ray Leclercq and chief people officer Rebecca Pashley-Robinson.
Box joined Anthesis Group after a two-year tenure as chair of Interpath Advisory, a role she held from 2024. Prior to that, she was an independent board director at Interpath Advisory following its sale by KPMG to private equity firm HIG Capital in 2021.
Anthesis Group specializes in helping organizations enhance their sustainability, offering services such as net zero planning, ESG reporting, and supply chain adjustments for responsible sourcing. The firm works with clients across various sectors, including retail, technology, food and beverage, and finance, with notable clients such as Tesco, L’Oréal, Microsoft, Amazon, and PayPal.
