Four people were injured in Sevastopol, in the Russian-held Crimean peninsula, after drones struck a five-story apartment building. Mikhail Razvozhayev, the Moscow-installed governor, stated on Telegram that debris from the drones also hit a hotel, a kindergarten, and over a dozen cars. He added that grass near some oil product depots caught fire but was extinguished.
