Matt Simmons, who holds the positions of Controller and Chief Accounting Officer (CAO), intends to retire effective March 31, 2027. Richard James has been appointed to succeed Simmons, with his tenure as the new Controller and CAO beginning on April 1, 2027. James brings extensive experience to the role, having spent over fourteen years at Bunge in various senior financial capacities, including Vice President of Finance Integration and Transformation and Corporate Controller. His qualifications include professional certifications such as CPA, CPA Canada, CA England & Wales, and CIA.
