Scott Cooperative Association is set to lease three grain handling facilities from Scoular, located in Oakley, Monument, and Winona, Kansas. The lease agreement, effective September 1, 2026, is expected to enable Scott Cooperative to expand its operational network northward and enhance its access to both domestic and export markets.
Jason Baker, CEO of Scott Cooperative, stated that the cooperative looks forward to expanding its footprint and fostering new producer relationships, emphasizing its commitment to serving its member-owners. This lease agreement further solidifies the existing partnership between the two companies, as they are already members of the LLC that owns facilities in Selkirk and Pence, Kansas, which are operated by Scott Cooperative.
