Qualia expands title and escrow partnership with Compass

Qualia has expanded its partnership with Compass International Holdings, bringing title and escrow operations for Compass Integrated Services onto the Qualia platform. This strategic move replaces separate systems that Compass International Holdings inherited following its merger with Anywhere Real Estate, and it extends a relationship that was initially established in 2023.

According to the companies, agents who utilize the existing integration between Compass and Qualia attach title and escrow services at approximately twice the rate of agents who do not. Cory Perkins, president of integrated services at Compass International Holdings, stated that the goal is to allow real estate professionals to focus on selling and growing their business, rather than managing back-end coordination.

The first Compass International Holdings title company went live on the Qualia platform on October 12, with additional companies scheduled to transition by the end of 2027. Upon completion of the rollout, Qualia's presence across Compass Integrated Services' title companies is projected to increase more than fivefold. This consolidation aligns with a broader industry trend of large brokerages integrating title and escrow services directly into agent workflows to streamline transactions.
