Keller Williams Realty has announced a new collaboration with Rejig.AI, a company specializing in AI-powered marketing solutions. This partnership is designed to equip KW-affiliated agents with tools to automate various aspects of their listing marketing and social media presence.
The integration will allow agents to generate agent-branded content, including posts, videos, and market reports, which can be approved before publication. This move aligns with Keller Williams' broader strategy of an open technology approach, aiming to make its Command smart CRM platform more accessible for third-party integrations.
According to the announcement, agents will be able to utilize Rejig.AI to manage social media channels and create content throughout the listing lifecycle, from 'coming soon' to 'just sold' announcements. This includes generating reels, print flyers, and AI-narrated video walkthroughs.
Chris Cox, KW's Chief Technology and Digital Officer, stated that the collaboration aims to provide agents with an advantage by enabling them to create relevant, hyperlocal marketing at scale, thereby saving valuable time. Matthew Maier, co-founder of Rejig.AI, highlighted that the tools handle the heavy lifting behind the scenes, allowing agents to maintain control over their brand and published content.
Rejig.AI reports that its tools can save agents over 10 hours per week on social media activities, freeing up time for lead generation, showings, and transaction management, which is particularly beneficial in a slower market with low inventory.
