CPM, a global provider of process equipment, engineered technologies, and aftermarket support, announced that Jeremy Patten has joined the company as its new Chief Executive Officer. Patten brings more than two decades of leadership experience across global industrial, manufacturing, and technology-driven businesses.
Prior to joining CPM, Patten served as President of Modine’s Performance Technologies segment. His earlier career includes over eight years with ATS Corporation, where he was President of its Packaging and Food Technology Group, as well as leadership roles at IDEX Corporation and Danaher Corporation.
Simon Peckham, Chief Executive of Rosebank Industries, stated that Patten's operational leadership, commercial experience, and focus on execution make him well-suited to lead CPM. He highlighted CPM's strong market positions, customer relationships, and growth opportunities, noting the company's investment in its aftermarket and overall performance.
