The securitisation is backed by BTL loans secured against residential properties across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Hewlett Packard Enterprise acted as lead arranger for the deal, with Citi and Lloyds Bank serving as joint lead managers. AB CarVal is identified as Quantum Mortgages’ primary funding partner.
