Bright MLS to launch AI Academy by end of 2026

The new system is designed to centralize Bright's product education, on-demand training, webinars, and proprietary resources into a personalized environment tailored to each user's role and needs. The initiative seeks to guide real estate agents and brokers from basic AI awareness to practical application in daily business, including productivity, client service, and adapting to new industry practices.

The AI Academy gives us a way to make that education practical, personalized and continuously evolving as the technology changes."

The AI Academy will be built around Bright's own products, workflows, and data, offering conversational, AI-assisted access to information from Bright's knowledge base. It will also enable Bright staff to convert existing documents, presentations, and videos into structured learning paths. Initial capabilities will include centralized access to product training and educational resources, personalized course recommendations, AI-assisted information retrieval, self-paced learning, assessments, certificates of completion, and tools for faster content development.
