Nvidia will provide its DSX platform, accelerated computing, networking, software, and ecosystem support. These full-stack AI factories are designed to offer high-performance AI compute to Australian startups, universities, researchers, enterprises, developers, and AI-native companies. Sharon AI, a certified Nvidia Cloud Partner, has announced a six-year collaboration with Nvidia to deploy 72 megawatts (MW) of new data center capacity in Australia. This collaboration will involve scaling up to 40,000 Nvidia Grace Blackwell GB300 GPUs using the DSX platform. This agreement expands Sharon AI's total AI factory capacity to 132MW, with 102MW already contracted to end customers. The company expects to have over 55,000 Nvidia GPUs deployed by mid-2027.
