Renewed optimism of finding survivors in disaster-hit Nepal, as rescue teams saved two more people today — 10 days after devastating floods swept its border with Tibet. The army said a Chinese national was rescued from a hydropower tunnel, while a woman was found alive inside a house in another badly hit town. Officials say about 900 workers are missing at 12 hydropower projects, including some 500 believed to be trapped in tunnels. The death toll in Nepal and Tibet has climbed past 1,300, and more than 5,500 are still unaccounted for. Jack Board reports from Kathmandu.
