Victoria Beckham's fashion and beauty business has achieved its first operating profit since its founding in 2008, according to company statements. Victoria Beckham Holdings Ltd reported an operating profit of £7.3m for the 2025 financial year, marking a significant turnaround after years of losses.
The company's success is attributed to strong performance across both its fashion and beauty divisions. The fashion side experienced "strong double-digit growth" in 2025, while the beauty segment, launched in 2019, delivered one of its best performances to date, boosted by the popularity of its Foundation Drops skincare product, which had a 25,000-person waiting list.
A Netflix documentary last year highlighted the challenges Beckham faced in establishing her brand and achieving profitability, with the business previously being "tens of millions in the red." The company received a significant financial injection of £30m in 2017 from NEO Investment Partners, which led to a restructure aimed at addressing operational inefficiencies and waste.
David Belhassen, Chairman of Victoria Beckham Holdings, stated that the business is well-positioned for future profitable growth with its complementary fashion and beauty engines. CEO Sybille Darricarrère Lunel described achieving the first operating profit as a "landmark moment" reflecting disciplined execution and strategic investment, especially notable given the challenging luxury market conditions.
