Russian drones strike Kyiv gas stations, injure at least 4

Russian drones struck two gas stations in Kyiv on Sunday morning, September 11, 2026, injuring at least four people, according to the Kyiv City Military Administration. An air raid siren sounded in the capital at around 9:10 a.m. local time, and explosions were heard across the city about half an hour later. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko stated that Russian drones hit gas stations in the Dniprovskyi and Obolonskyi districts, with debris damaging a car in the latter. Eight people were injured in the Dniprovskyi district, where a fire broke out in a nine-story residential building during the attack. The attacks occurred during the morning rush hour.
