UMortgage generates over $2 billion in annual mortgage volume and comprises a team of approximately 275 individuals. The company has received recognition on the Inc. 5000 list for three consecutive years. This acquisition enables UMortgage to maintain its brand, marketing, and culture, while gaining advantages from NEXA's broader platform.
Under the NEXA umbrella, organizations can retain client relationships, keep 100% of their revenue, share in monthly servicing income, and access NEXA's lender network and AI platform. This structure aims to relieve leaders of operational burdens such as liability, compliance complexity, and administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on core business growth.

Casa's appointment as Executive Partner, NEXA's highest partnership level, reflects his significant production, organizational influence, and experience.
