The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing has launched The Institute’s Luxury Home Collection, a new public, ad-free property search platform designed to showcase luxury homes across the United States. The platform aims to provide buyers with an elevated and trustworthy way to discover exceptional homes in an environment free from advertisements and unrelated content. Each listing featured on the platform represents a property priced within the top 10% of its local market and is represented by a trained and vetted luxury real estate professional. Users can search for properties based on various criteria, including location, lifestyle, number of bedrooms, and bathrooms, and can also learn more about the Institute member representing each property. GUILD Elite members have the option to designate one property as a Spotlight Listing, granting it additional visibility. The platform currently includes properties in the U.S., with plans for future international expansion. "We created The Institute’s Luxury Home Collection to give luxury buyers an elevated, trustworthy way to discover exceptional homes," said Amanda Butterfield, general manager of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. "Buyers can explore listings in an ad-free environment knowing that every property is represented by a trained and vetted luxury real estate professional. For our members, The Luxury Home Collection is a complimentary benefit designed to expand the reach of the homes they represent, strengthen their value to luxury sellers, and demonstrate their expertise across markets."
