TechCrunch is reminding potential exhibitors that the final deadline to book a table at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 is October 2 at 11:59 p.m. PT. After this date, all exhibit table bookings will close permanently. This represents a last chance for startups to secure a space on the Expo Hall floor, which is described as the central hub of the event.
The conference is scheduled to take place from October 13-15 at Moscone West in San Francisco. It anticipates attracting over 10,000 founders, investors, operators, and tech leaders. The event aims to provide a platform for startups to showcase their innovations, connect with potential investors and partners, and gain visibility within the global startup ecosystem.
Each exhibit table package includes a 6' x 30' branded table for the duration of the three-day event, 10 team passes, lead-generation tools, website and app branding, access to a press list, and Silver Tier sponsor branding. Companies that book by September 30 will also receive on-site branding. Additionally, founders can access deal flow opportunities through meetings in the Deal Flow Café.
For those not exhibiting, tickets are still available to attend the conference sessions, which will feature over 250 tech leaders speaking across 200 sessions on six industry stages. The event will also showcase over 300 startups and host the Startup Battlefield 200 pitch competition.
