TechCrunch is reminding potential exhibitors that the deadline to secure a table at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 is approaching. The final opportunity to book an exhibit space is Friday, September 18, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. The conference, scheduled for October 13-15 at Moscone West in San Francisco, aims to bring together over 10,000 founders, investors, operators, and tech leaders. Exhibitors will have a 6′ × 30″ table in the Expo Hall for three days to demo products, meet venture capitalists, capture leads via the Disrupt mobile app, and build partnerships. The exhibit package also includes 10 team passes, branding on the event website and app, access to a press list, and Silver Tier sponsor recognition. Additional opportunities for founders, such as the Deal Flow Café and Investor-to-Founder Networking, are also available.
For those not exhibiting, tickets for the event are also available. The conference will feature over 250 tech leaders speaking across 200 sessions on six industry stages, offering insights into building, funding, and scaling businesses. Attendees can utilize interactive sessions and AI-powered matchmaking to connect with industry professionals. The event will also showcase over 300 startups and the Startup Battlefield 200 competition. Early bird ticket pricing, offering savings of up to $200, will end on September 25.
