Regional authorities reported that a Russian ballistic missile hit a civilian infrastructure facility in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, at approximately 11 a.m. local time on June 24. The strike killed three people and injured 30 others, including five in critical condition. A fourth victim later died in the hospital, according to Governor Oleksandr Hanzha.
Beyond the strike on Kryvyi Rih, Russian attacks in the Nikopol district killed a 70-year-old man and two women, aged 40 and 44, and injured six others. These attacks were part of a broader Russian drone assault across Ukraine, with Russia launching 101 drones overnight. Ukrainian air defenses reportedly downed or jammed 95 of them, though six drones hit five locations and debris fell at six additional sites.
In Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Russian attacks killed one person and injured 12 others, with forces striking 38 settlements.
