Hurrell retains her position as head of capital markets Europe and global sales, while Beer continues as CEO of RBC Wealth Management Europe. This includes adding about 100 bankers to its capital markets teams in continental Europe over the next two years and recruiting around 40 senior advisers for its wealth business within 12-18 months.
