Nidec Corporation announced on February 14, 2024, that Shigenobu Nagamori would become Founder, Executive Chairman and Representative Director, and Hiroshi Kobe would serve as Chairman. Mitsuya Kishida, previously President and CEO, was slated to assume the office of Representative Director on June 18, 2024, according to a company release.
