Three robot-run convenience stores open in Hong Kong
Sky News AustraliaA new chain of Hong Kong convenience stores is doing customer service a bit differently. They have launched three venues that are fully operated by robots. A 173-centimetre humanoid robot runs the stores and operates 24 hours a day to serve snacks and drinks. Customers have been able to talk to the robots in multiple languages, including English.
