Vietnam's President To Lam in France for official visit, attends International Space Summit

Vietnamese President To Lam is in France for an official visit, where he will meet President Emmanuel Macron. They will deepen cooperation on several sectors, including defence, nuclear energy, infrastructure and space. Both countries elevated ties to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership nearly two years ago. The Vietnamese leader is also the guest of honour at the International Space Summit in Paris.
